Built for hiring in Oman and the GCC

A person reads the evidence and decides, and there is no single score.

For candidates

Apply to real roles and show your skills in a clear assessment.
  • Browse open jobs and apply in a few steps.
  • Practise whenever you like. Practice results are yours and never shown to an employer unless you share them.
  • See your results skill by skill, with how sure the result is.
  • Ask for an assessment without AI at any time, and get one.

For employers

Run your hiring on evidence, with a clear process your whole team can follow.
  • Build your hiring process step by step, or start from a ready template.
  • Read each applicant’s evidence per skill, never reduced to one number.
  • Set interview times in one step; candidates get a calendar invitation.
  • Every decision is made by a person on your team, and a rejection is always given a reason.

What it actually looks like

One question as a candidate meets it, and the report they get when the assessment is scored. Both are examples written for this page.

Example question
Handling customer conflict

What do you send?

An hour before closing, a customer writes: the order promised for today has not arrived. The courier’s system says it is out for delivery tomorrow morning.

  • Tell them the order is with the courier and there is nothing more you can do.
  • Say it will arrive tomorrow morning, apologise for the day they lost, and offer the delivery fee back.
  • Promise it will arrive tonight and check the courier’s system afterwards.
  • Ask them to contact the courier themselves with the tracking number.

Questions are written and approved by people who do the job. No single score comes out of them: each skill is reported on its own.

Customer service officer — asks for: handling customer conflict, communication

A pointer, not a forecast: it does not say you would get the job or how you would do in it.

How a hire workswith a person at every decision

The same four steps for every applicant.

  1. Apply or be invited

A candidate applies to an open role, or an employer invites them by email.

  2. Show your skills

An assessment built only from questions that experts reviewed and approved.

  3. A person reviews

The team reads the evidence per skill and chooses who moves on, often after an interview.

  4. A person decides

The decision is recorded against a name and a reason, and the candidate can see where their application is.

What we will not do

These are built into the product, not written in a policy somewhere else.

No single score

Skills stay separate. Nobody is reduced to one number or ranked by one.

A person decides

Nothing is rejected automatically. Software prepares the evidence; people decide.

The camera is optional

Where it is offered at all, it checks where you are looking, on your device, and sends only when and for how long you looked away, and how often the reminder showed. Saying no changes nothing.

Your data is yours

You choose what an employer sees, and we never sell candidate data.
