These are placeholder terms for the first version of SERB Talent Mate. They will be replaced.

• You use the platform to apply for jobs, to practise, or to hire.
• What you enter and the results of your assessments are kept so the platform can work.
• An employer sees your results only for a job you applied to. Practice results are never shown to an employer.
• A person, not a machine, makes every hiring decision.
